1. Promotional nature of offers
All travel packages presented by Great Global Getaways, LLC are promotional in nature. Offers are made available at special rates in connection with attending a scheduled sales or informational presentation. Promotional packages are not retail bookings and are subject to the conditions described here.
2. Eligibility
Promotional packages are available to qualified individuals and households who meet the eligibility criteria, which may include minimum age, income, marital/household status, and attendance as a household. Eligibility is determined at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline or modify any offer.
3. Attendance requirements
To receive a promotional package or gift, qualified guests agree to attend the entire scheduled presentation. Failure to attend, or to meet the stated requirements, may result in forfeiture of the promotional rate, package, or gift, or in standard rates being applied.
4. Availability
Promotional inventory, dates, resorts, and gifts are limited and subject to availability. We cannot guarantee any specific resort, date, or gift. If a selection becomes unavailable, we will offer the nearest available alternative.
5. Reservations & confirmation
Submitting an inquiry or reservation request does not constitute a confirmed booking. A reservation specialist will contact you to review availability, qualification, and terms. Bookings are confirmed only after these steps are completed.
6. Rescheduling & cancellation
Rescheduling and cancellation are subject to the terms of your specific offer and to availability. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Certain promotional rates may be non-transferable or have date restrictions, which will be disclosed before you confirm.
7. Conduct
Guests agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, presenters, and resort property. We reserve the right to refuse service or end participation for conduct that is unlawful, abusive, or disruptive.
8. Communications consent
